The inspiration behind this painting is the poem quoted from Robert Frost. I am always mesmerized by the imagery of an enigmatic forest where there are two roads, like the choices we have in life. It is a place of my refuge with the sweet smell of flowers and the soothing sound of water and songs of the birds, forever embedded in the air. A hug of browns, a shelter of extended limbs resting beneath the foliage. I am in love with this painting, especially in the scorching heat of the long summers.
